The custom process for sand casting products consists of several crucial steps to ensure high - quality results.
Provide Drawings or Samples
Customers need to provide detailed drawings or physical samples to clarify the requirements of size, shape, surface treatment, etc
Start mold making
Professional technicians will make molds according to drawings or samples, and the cycle is generally 7-10 days.
Proofing and Casting
After the mold is completed, a small batch of samples will be made, using metals such as iron, aluminum or copper for sand casting, and preliminary quality inspection will be carried out.
Sample Confirmation
Send the sample or detailed picture to the customer for confirmation. If there is a need for adjustment, re-optimize the mold and re-sample until it is satisfactory.
Mass Production
After customer confirmation, enter mass production, strictly control each process to ensure stable and consistent product quality.
