Cooking

1) Wash out thoroughtly with hot soapy water and scouring pad, leave to dry

2) Coat the inside with any cooking oil and heat till oil begins to smoke

3) allow pot to cool

4) Wie inside clean with a paper tower. repeat this process untill paper towel wipes clean

5) The pot is now ready for use


Opening ceremony

Clean with warm water and dry over low heat

Apply lard inside and outside (traditional maintenance method)

Heat over low heat until the oil film crystallizes

Repeat 3 times after natural cooling


Daily maintenance

•Rinse with hot water after use, clean food residue with a soft cloth

•Avoid using dishwashing detergent and use coarse salt instead of cleaning agents

•After thorough drying, apply a thin layer of edible oil to prevent rust

•Inverted storage to avoid water accumulation on the pot surface

Please note:

1) cast iron products can not make sure each one accurate the same weight. the weight is 10pcs average weight

2) Manuel measure may have +/-0.2cm tolerance.
