Clean the baking tray with warm water and a soft cloth and dry it dry
Apply a thin layer of cooking oil on both sides
Heat over low heat until slightly smoky, cool naturally
Repeat 2-3 times to form a natural protective layer

•After use, wait for the baking tray to cool down and clean it with hot water and a soft brush
•Avoid using dishwashing detergent and steel wire balls
•Thoroughly wipe off moisture and dry over low heat
