There is no chemical non-stick coating on the surface of the pot body. Only the vegetable oil is sprayed at the factory for simple rust prevention.

Product Description

The surface of the cookware is sprayed with natural edible vegetable oil, and positively charged oil particles combine with negatively charged iron to form an oil film on the surface of the cookware. After high-temperature baking, the oil penetrates into the iron capillary pores and forms a protective film on the surface of the cookware, achieving the effect of not sticking to the pot easily and not rusting easily. Frequent use will enhance the oil film and make the pot better and less sticky.

Before Use Boiling method

First, thoroughly clean the new pot, then dry it over medium heat to ensure there is no moisture in the pot. Turn to low heat and pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil (not too much, just make sure the entire pot surface can be completely wiped off). Use chopsticks or clips to pick up a tissue, dip the tissue in the cooking oil, evenly apply the oil to every corner of the pot, be careful not to heat your hands, and continue for 1-2 minutes. Alternatively, use pigskin to complete the above steps, wait for the pot to cool naturally, and then open the pot to complete. (If there is black dust during the wiping process, don't worry, it is a normal phenomenon)


In use Instructions for use

In the early stages of use, due to the need for a period of adjustment for the new pot, some small tricks are needed to achieve a non stick effect: after cleaning the pot, heat it over high heat, dry the water in the pot, and then turn it to medium low heat to pour oil. After the oil is hot, add the ingredients, and use medium low heat to complete the cooking process, saving time, effort, and money. (Cast iron pots have a stronger energy storage effect. After the pot body is heated at high temperatures in the early stage, it can achieve the effect of high heat for ordinary pots with low to medium heat in the later stage, and can also avoid the loss of food nutrients.)


After use, maintenance methods

After each use and cleaning of the cookware, the water in the pot should be wiped dry or baked dry before placing it;
