​There is no chemical non-stick coating on the surface of the pot body. Only the vegetable oil is sprayed at the factory for simple rust prevention.

The cast iron pot is poured into the sand mold and cast by hot metal, and the pot body will become oily and smooth with the use of time.

Boiling Method Before Use

First, thoroughly clean the new pot, then dry it over medium heat to ensure there is no moisture in the pot. Turn to low heat and pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil (not too much, just make sure the entire pot surface can be completely wiped off). Use chopsticks or clips to pick up a tissue, dip the tissue in the cooking oil, evenly apply the oil to every corner of the pot, be careful not to heat your hands, and continue for 1-2 minutes. Alternatively, use pigskin to complete the above steps, wait for the pot to cool naturally, and then open the pot to complete. (If there is black dust during the wiping process, don't worry, it is a normal phenomenon)

In the early stages of use, due to the need for a period of adjustment for the new pot, some small tricks are needed to achieve the effect of non stick pot: after cleaning the pot, heat it over high heat, dry the water in the pot, completely heat it through, then turn to medium low heat to pour oil, add ingredients after the oil is hot, and use medium low heat to complete the cooking process, saving time and effort


More cost-effective. (Cast iron pots have a stronger energy storage effect. After the pot body is heated at high temperatures in the early stage, it can achieve the effect of high heat for ordinary pots with low to medium heat in the later stage, and can also avoid the loss of food nutrients.)


After use, maintenance methods

After each use and cleaning of the cookware, the water in the pot should be wiped dry or baked dry before placing it;  

Applying a layer of cooking oil after baking can extend the service life of cast iron pots and accelerate the pot maintenance process;  

If the cookware rusts, clean the rust points with a steel wire ball or other tools, and then apply a layer of cooking oil to restore it;

By following the method, a good physical non stick effect can be achieved.

During the use and maintenance process, more oil will penetrate into the pot. Getting better and better, with maintenance for more than six months, it can be promoted to a super non stick pan, And it has a permanent non stick effect!  

Pls note: Casting products can not guarantee accurate weight, there will be some errors, the standard weight is the average of 10 product weights, the size is manually measured, there may be 0-0.5cm error
