Why does my seasoned pan still stick to eggs?
Sticking often happens if the pan isn’t hot enough. Preheat on medium-high until a water drop "dances" on the surface before adding oil. For eggs, ensure the pan is well-seasoned and properly preheated.
Can I cook acidic foods (tomatoes, vinegar) in cast iron?
Limit prolonged cooking of acidic ingredients, as they can erode the seasoning layer. If cooking acids, clean the pan immediately after use and re-season if needed.
